It is easy to get to La Isla Cancun shopping village from all over the hotel zone or downtown Cancun. Here are the different ways to get there:
✔️ Walking
La Isla shopping center is in the middle of the Cancun hotel zone, so you might be able to walk there.
Depending on where your hotel is, or if you are doing an excursion before going there, you might be within a short walk of the shopping center.
The entire hotel zone uses kilometer markings as part of the address, so you can easily see how long your walk will be.

If you are too far away from the shopping center to walk, you can use the public buses or a taxi to get to La Isla.
The R1 and R2 buses run the length of the hotel zone.
Since the hotel zone is just one long boulevard, it is easy to hop on and off the public bus without worrying about getting lost!
The public buses are affordable and run constantly all day long. They start in downtown Cancun, so if you are staying there, it is still easy to get to the shopping center.
If you do not want to use a public bus, you can take a taxi. It is easy to flag a taxi from anywhere in the hotel zone.
Taxis in Cancun do not have meters, there are set rates depending on the distance you travel.
Always make sure to agree on the price with the taxi driver before getting into the taxi. This prevents corrupt taxi drivers from trying to overcharge you after giving you a ride.
